With 30 years experience in the industry, we have come from being riders to owning American Classic and Custom Cycles and now C.C.R.C. We are certified mechanics, riggers, professional drivers and Business Management Degreed college graduates. This means we know how to handle your “ride" with "pride" just as if it was our own. We also provide proper documentation needed to help protect you and your valuable property during transport.
C.C.R.C. was the FIRST specialized motorcycle towing company in Illinois to be licensed by the I.C.C. -- We were not only the first to be licensed to provide motorcycle towing service LEGALLY in Illinois, but additionally, in order to handle the demand for out of state service requests we applied for and received U.S.D.O.T. licensing. This allows us to LEGALLY service customers anywhere in the continental U.S. -- Strict rules and regulations by these governing agencies protect you. That's why you should always check licensing.
The insurance requirements set by the I.C.C. and U.S.D.O.T. did not meet our high standards. Therefore, we've set the bar for others by increasing our coverage to the highest level in the industry to protect "you" our customer.
Being legal, i.e. having the correct licensing and documentation necessary for the various governing bodies who oversee our industry, protects you! In early 2014 Custom Cycle Rescue, which at that time was located in Skokie, was reorganized and became Custom Cycle Rescue Chicago Inc., located in Chicago. This led to new I.C.C. and U.S.D.O.T. numbers being issued.
We provide the highest level of safety standards in the industry. We go above and beyond what is required from us by governing agencies. Not only does our equipment exceed U.S.D.O.T. requirements for safety, but also our staff is drug free and drug tested. We want to return our customers to their home and families safe and sound just as we want to return home.
Our equipment is comprised of new model vehicles guaranteeing our dependability with no mechanical issues and state of the art lighting exceeding U.S.D.O.T. regulations to protect you and your property on the road. Our more complex equipment has been modified by C.C.R.C. In fact, we have patents pending on our specific specialized modifications.
